Frankincense Meditation

Find a quiet and safe space where you can be alone for 20 minutes. Have a journal or pen and paper handy. Call in the Spirit of Frankincense to show you what it would like you to know and experience.

Then hold one drop of Frankincense divided between two fingers on Quantum Acupoints GV 20 and GV 2 at the same time. Hold with very light pressure for 1 - 3 minutes. Close your eyes and feel the bidirectional, even multidirectional flows. Release your fingers and sit for 5 to 10 minutes.

Once you 'come out' of the Meditation, write quietly, following the general Meditation guidelines outlined in our first oil ally of HOC: Neroli.
