I know what it feels like to be seen before you can see yourself. It took being received by someone who could see straight through the protection mechanisms, the self-doubt, the performed versions of me, to finally feel safe enough to emerge and exhale all the way down. That experience changed everything, and it became the foundation of everything I now offer.
What I love most is creating that quality of safety, the kind that makes being fully seen feel like coming home rather than exposure. When a woman feels genuinely received, something releases and opens. Her knowing begins to move again and her expression stops waiting.
